HOW TO APPLY

Students must be at least 15 years old at the start of the trip to apply. Leaders must be over 18 years old to apply. Total trip cost is approximately $2,000 and is subject to change due to airline ticket prices and other expenses.

Download and complete the appropriate application with all included forms.

Submit the completed application via email to kymsecretary@kyag.org or mail to PO Box 98, Crestwood, KY, 40014. Spots are limited. Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step 3

A $200 deposit is required to reserve the applicant’s spot. Online payment can be made via credit card or ACH at https://www.aplos.com/aws/give/KYAG/2027ElSalvador. Please include the online transaction fee, as it is not included in the trip cost total.

A check can also be mailed to PO Box 98, Crestwood, KY, 40014. It can be made payable to Kentucky Youth Ministries. In the memo of the check, please include 2027 El Salvador and the participant’s name.

Applications will not be processed unless all forms are complete AND the deposit is paid. The deadline to apply and submit the deposit has been extended.

If accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter from our office, and you can immediately start raising your support. If you are not accepted on the team this year, you will be notified, and your deposit will be refunded.
